How it works

Yes. Every Shopify plan from Starter to Plus. You do not need Plus to give customers store credit.
How do bulk credits work?
Upload a CSV of customer emails and amounts. The app issues credit to each customer and sends them a notification email. Good for loyalty pushes or one-time retention campaigns.
Can I refund orders to store credit?
Yes. Issue the refund amount as credit to the customer from the app dashboard or via a CSV row. The customer gets an email with their new balance and the credit applies automatically at their next checkout.
