What we build

We look for categories where two things are true: the leading apps leave obvious gaps in their reviews, and the job can be done with a lean stack. Most of the logic lives inside Shopify itself via theme app extensions and metafields. Our backend handles OAuth, admin UI, and bulk tools. That split keeps hosting costs low and storefronts fast.

How we work

We ship multiple apps per month using a disciplined process. Every app goes through the same stages: competitor research, build, test on real stores, and careful launch. We do not chase trends. We pick categories where we can charge less than everyone else and still make money because our overhead is low.

We build for Shopify merchants who want reliable, well-priced tools without the enterprise fluff. If you run a small or mid-size store and you are tired of apps that start at 29 dollars a month, you are our target customer.

Who is behind it

Win-Win Apps is built by Omar Shahban, a Shopify merchant of more than a decade, and Shane Stratton, a senior software engineer with experience at Amazon, IBM and Chess.com. Full bios are on the team page.
