The problem
In May 2025 Shopify replaced its simple printable Finance Summary report with charts and dashboards. Merchants noticed the same day: there is no way to print or download a one-page summary anymore. Shopify support says use a third-party app.
How it works
This is that app, focused on the one thing. Pick a date range, click generate, and you get one clean page showing gross sales, discounts, returns, net sales, shipping, taxes and total sales, with payments broken down by gateway underneath. Reconciliation is right there, not buried six clicks deep. Print it or save the PDF and send it to your accountant.
